Industry Relationships

College of Medicine physicians and scientists may collaborate with the pharmaceutical or medical device industries to help develop medical breakthroughs or provide expertise or education. The COM strives to make scientific advances that will benefit patient care and support outside relationships that promise public benefit.

To assure professional and commercial integrity in such matters, the College of Medicine maintains a program that reviews these collaborations and, when appropriate, puts measures in place to minimize bias that may result from ties to industry.

Furthermore, we disclose these relationships here as a public service and in the interest of transparency when a faculty member has a financial relationship with one of our valued Industry partners. This page will be updated annually as necessary.
