UF Health Shands hepatologists in Gainesville offer treatment and evaluation for patients presenting across the spectrum of liver disease. There are specialty clinics for the management of hepatitis C, hepatitis B, liver transplant, hepatocellular carcinoma, portal hypertension, and fatty liver disease.
The UF liver team is multidisciplinary, with colleagues in surgery, oncology, radiology and other internal medicine specialties working together to provide patients with personalized care.
